It’s hard to write about a new game this early in the day because you never know if the game is going to get featured or not. Regardless, I wanted to shed a little light on a gem that just released yesterday called, Skidz.
I was actually in the process of doing an On The Radar article for this game. I found it in the Canadian App Store earlier this week. But, the game is out now, so I had to scrap it.
At first glance, Skidz looks a lot like what’s out there on the App Store already. Ketchapp kind of did one of these simple “follow the track” driving games and hundreds of clones followed.
Skidz is a bit different. You actually feel like you’re driving the vehicle rather than the vehicle staying stationary and the track moving. There are 120 tracks throughout 10 different championships and 17 unique vehicles to unlock that all have their own little bells and whistles.
I will say that the ads seem to pop up a little more than I’d like, but luckily there is an ad remover IAP.
Hopefully this one gets the attention it deserves on the App Store. Regardless, it shouldn’t be missed by the SNAPP Family.
(Make sure to check out Skidz and the rest of this week’s new games in the SNAPP Roundup.)
